În era digitală, semnarea documentelor direct de pe telefonul mobil a devenit o necesitate, nu doar o comoditate.
Fie că este vorba despre contracte de muncă, formulare administrative sau acorduri personale, posibilitatea de a semna electronic documente economisește timp și resurse. Atât utilizatorii de iPhone, cât și cei de Android, au la dispoziție metode eficiente pentru a semna documente PDF sau imagini fără a apela la imprimante sau scanere.
Semnarea documentelor pe iPhone
Apple oferă o funcționalitate nativă pentru semnarea documentelor prin aplicația Notițe. Pentru a semna un document, deschideți aplicația Notițe, creați o notă nouă sau selectați una existentă, apoi atingeți butonul Cameră și selectați „Scanează documente”. După scanare, atingeți documentul, apoi butonul Partajare și selectați „Marcaj”. Aici, puteți adăuga o semnătură existentă sau crea una nouă folosind degetul. Semnătura poate fi redimensionată și plasată oriunde pe document. După finalizare, documentul semnat poate fi partajat prin e-mail, mesaje sau alte aplicații.
Semnarea documentelor pe Android
Pentru utilizatorii de Android, aplicația Adobe Fill & Sign este o soluție gratuită și eficientă. După descărcarea aplicației din Google Play, deschideți documentul pe care doriți să-l semnați. Atingeți pictograma semnăturii, apoi creați o semnătură folosind degetul sau un stylus. Semnătura poate fi salvată pentru utilizări viitoare. După aplicarea semnăturii, documentul poate fi salvat și trimis direct din aplicație.
Aplicații terțe pentru semnături electronice
Există și alte aplicații care facilitează semnarea documentelor pe dispozitive mobile. Adobe Acrobat Reader permite semnarea PDF-urilor prin funcția „Fill & Sign”. DocuSign este o altă opțiune populară, oferind funcționalități avansate pentru semnături electronice, inclusiv posibilitatea de a trimite documente pentru semnare altor persoane. Aceste aplicații sunt disponibile atât pentru iOS, cât și pentru Android.
Când este utilă semnarea digitală a documentelor
Semnarea digitală este utilă în numeroase situații: aprobarea rapidă a contractelor, completarea formularelor administrative, semnarea acordurilor personale sau profesionale și multe altele. Migrate your Fill & Sign documents
Before the Adobe Fill & Sign app is retired, we suggest that you migrate your important documents using any of the following ways:
Share documents: You can use the Share tool to directly open your documents on the Acrobat Reader app. The sharing tool can also be used to share documents via Airdrop, Messenger, Social Media, Email, and Notes apps.
Upload to Adobe cloud storage: You can access your ‘Fill & Sign’ app documents from the Acrobat Reader app. You must use your ‘Fill & Sign’ app credentials to sign in to the Acrobat Reader app to be able to access the cloud documents on the Acrobat Reader app.

For iOS users
Share Fill & Sign iOS files to Adobe cloud storage.
Step 1: For the file you want to share, slide from right to left and select Share.
Step 2: From the sharing dialog, scroll down and tap Open in Acrobat.

Step 3: Once the file opens in the Acrobat Reader app, select Fill & Sign from the bottom toolbar. Using the tools in the bottom menu, you can fill in the required fields and add a signature.
For Android users

Step 1: Tap the document that you want to share, and then from the top menu, tap icon.
Access android files on Acrobat Reader
Step 2: On the sharing dialog, select Adobe Acrobat Reader app icon. It takes you to the Acrobat Reader app.
Step 3: The shared document opens in the Acrobat Reader app. Select Fill & Sign tool to continue filling and signing your document.

Step 1: For the document you want to upload, swipe from right to left and select More.
Step 2: From the dialog that appears, select Upload to Document Cloud.

Step 1: Tap the document that you want to upload, and then from the top menu, tap icon.

Step 3: Verify the upload. A cloud icon on the document confirms that the document is uploaded to Adobe cloud storage.
